King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom, private balcony (8ft deep and 26ft long), full kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, central air conditioning/heat, flat screen TVs in living area and each bedroom, cable TV, free high-speed private wireless internet.

On Site we have: Pool, sun deck, and beach access.  Each condo has one reserved carport parking space, mine being less than 100 feet from the entry door. Parking lot and entry door are on the same level.  We have 9 guest spaces for 19 condos, available on a first come, first served basis.  NO trailers, boats or recreational vehicles are permitted on the property.

Policies

Smoke Free: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking in the condo or on the balcony. You can smoke at the south end of the pool area and on the beach.

No Pets: We do NOT allow pets. 

Location

This unit is located in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, which is approximately 5 miles south of downtown Daytona Beach and north of Ponce Inlet. It is on the 2nd floor, east side of the building, directly on the beach, directly facing the ocean. It has its own large private balcony that overlooks the sun deck, pool, and beach. The 2nd floor location location gets you up high enough to have a great view, but not too high to feel like you are separated from the activity.

Directions

• The address is 3807 S Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118.

• Take I-95 to exit 256, which is labeled Daytona Beach Shores. (This is one exit south of the I-95 / I-4 intersection).

• Turn East on Dunlawton Ave. Follow it all the way to the ocean (about 5 miles).

• At the end of Dunlawton, turn right on Atlantic. SeaFern Condos will be about 1 mile down the road on your left. It is a tan building with a sign near the road. Here is a map of the area.
