Fees & Taxes

There is a $140.00 fee to clean the Seafern unit.  There is a $125.00 fee to clean the Sunglow unit.  We must collect a 12.5% sales and tourist tax on the rent and cleaning fees that we submit to Volusia County and the State of Florida.

Payment Methods

We prefer ZELLE or CHECK to help keep the costs down.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover that we process through the Waive rental agreement website.

Reservation Deposit

A deposit of $300 is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your check-in for weekly guests and 75 days prior to check-in for monthly guests. This deposit is returned to you once the unit has been cleaned and inspected.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation in writing at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival for weekly rentals or 75 days prior to your arrival for monthly rentals, your deposit will be returned.  If you cancel your reservation less than 45 OR 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival, any payments will only be returned if the unit can be rented again.
